Zoe Howell

Zoe (she/her/hers) is a community planner working at the intersections of community building, social justice, and child and youth advocacy. She is passionate about addressing urban inequities and generating responsive decision-making that builds engaged, resilient, and healthy communities for children and youth. Zoe has a particular interest in affordable housing, child and youth friendly community planning, food systems, and Indigenous planning.

Zoe has experience working at the community-level and with local governments in outreach, engagement, and policy development. Zoe has a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia, with a specialization in social planning and policy for inclusive communities. Zoe also holds a BA in sociology and psychology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan.
